Submission guidelines

The Artspring committee appreciates your interest in donating goods and/or services for our silent auction.

Instructions

1. Submit Form—Please complete one Package Submission Form for each donation of goods and services. Please complete the form and return it to the Package Acquisition Team by Friday, February 11, 2011.  We will prepare an enticing description of your donation to be displayed at the Artspring event.

2. Delivery of Package and Display Items— Delivery of any package items for the auction should be delivered to the Package Acquisition Team or Ambleside School by Friday, March 11, 2011

We will be happy to display a sample of your work or products or an advertisement for your company. Donors are invited to provide business cards and one additional display item. This item should be limited to one 8x10 frame or a small photo album (no larger than 8x10). Display items must be delivered to the Package Acquisition Team no later than Friday, March 11, 2011. All display items will be available for pickup at Ambleside School between Monday, March 21 and Friday, March 25. We ask that donors not remove items from display tables at the event

3. Confirm Attendance— Package donations valued at $1,000 or more will be entitled to two complimentary tickets to the Artspring event. If you plan on attending Artspring 2011, please RSVP for each attendee by Friday, March 4, 2011 so that we can pre-register you. All unclaimed tickets will be made available for purchase to the general public after this date.  For those without email, please call the Ambleside School office at 703.430.4034.

4. Publication—In order for us to include your company name and logo on our website and in our printed catalogue, we will need a digital copy of your company logo (EPS, JPG or TIF format, transparent background, 300 dpi) submitted to our Packages Team by Friday, February 11, 2011. You may also provide your corporate website address to be included in the Sponsors and Patrons section of this website.
