Call for Entry

The Art Aquisition Team is calling for all local artists to consider donating a piece of art for the event which will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2011.

What

Artspring is a celebration of the work of student and professional artists in a gallery setting. The evening event benefits Ambleside School’s tuition assistance program and features silent and live auctions, fine food, wine, and live music. Approximately 300 guests will browse and bid on a wonderful selection of art and art-related packages.

Why

Artspring is more than a school fund-raiser. Ambleside School is committed to art education as part of a broad curriculum. Come visit the students during our pre-event artist reception. See their work and share your experiences as an artist with them. This is a favorite time for children and adults alike. While many schools diminish the value of the arts, come and celebrate the joy of creating and the place of art in history with us!

In addition to the exposure your art will get at the event, we invite you to:

• Come enjoy Artspring as our guest. Each donating artist may request a complimentary ticket.
• Present an artist profile for display on our website, which will include your name,a short bio, website (if applicable) and image(s) of your donated piece(s).
• Highlight your name and bio in the event catalogue
